GobraFishing is a fishing pond run as a family business by <TODO legal name>, sole proprietor, at <TODO pond address>. These terms apply when you use this website or book a fishing seat with us. By making a booking you agree to them.

Bookings

  • A booking reserves a specific seat (fishing spot) at the pond for a specific date or range of dates.
  • Bookings can only be made while a booking window is open. We announce windows on this site.
  • A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit (or full payment, for bookings starting within 2 days). Payment terms, including the 20% deposit and the balance deadline, are set out in our Refund Policy.
  • Bookings are personal to you. Please contact us before transferring a booking to someone else.

At the pond

  • Fish only from the seat you booked, during your booked time.
  • Follow any posted rules and any reasonable instructions from the family running the pond. We may ask anyone behaving dangerously or disruptively to leave without a refund.
  • You are responsible for your own equipment and belongings, and for any children you bring with you.

Liability

Fishing takes place outdoors, near water, at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal injury caused by your own actions, for loss or damage to your equipment or belongings, or for losses caused by weather or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Payments

Payments are processed by the PhonePe Payment Gateway. We do not see or store your card or UPI credentials. See the Refund Policy for deposits, balances, cancellations, and refunds.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new bookings from its “last updated” date. Existing confirmed bookings stay on the terms they were made under.
