What we collect

• When bookings open and you make a booking: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your booking (seat, dates, amount paid).
• Payment status information from the PhonePe Payment Gateway, such as whether a payment succeeded and its transaction reference. We never see or store your card numbers, UPI PIN, or banking credentials — those go directly to PhonePe.
• Standard technical logs when you visit this site (IP address, browser type, pages requested), kept briefly for security and debugging.

What we use it for

• Taking and managing your bookings, including payment reminders.
• Contacting you about your booking or a season announcement.
• Keeping basic accounts, as required by law.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information to anyone.
• We don't send marketing on behalf of other businesses.
• We don't share your details except with PhonePe (to process your payment), with our hosting providers (who store data on our behalf), or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for accounts and tax purposes, then delete them. Technical logs are kept for a short period only.

Your choices
